Welcome to Spartan Athletique. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all purchases made via https://store.spartanathletique.com/  By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Spartan Athletique is owned and operated by Spartan Athletique FZE, a limited liability company registered under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Trade License Number RAKIA51FZ305125569, having its registered office at FAMC2714 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. 

ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent and full legal capacity to contract under UAE law.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

  • We strive for complete accuracy in product descriptions and pricing.

  • Errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct them at any time without prior notice.

  • All products and prices are valid as displayed on the website unless otherwise stated.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

ORDERS

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Select products and add to cart.

  • Choose delivery method.

  • Choose payment method.

  • Confirm order and make payment.

  • Receive an order confirmation email constituting acceptance and forming the contract of sale.

  • We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, supply issues, or pricing errors.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are in AED and exclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
     

  • Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before confirmation.
     

  • Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Tabby or cash on delivery (where available).
     

  • Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
     

  • If a pricing error is identified after payment, we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

DELIVERY

  • We deliver to all UAE locations listed on our website.
     

  • Delivery times are calculated from payment confirmation.
     

  • Delays due to force majeure or courier issues will be communicated promptly.

WARRANTY

  • Spartan Athletique warrants products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
     

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, modification, or improper installation.
     

  • Valid claims will result in replacement or refund at our discretion.
     

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@spartanathletique.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, send us and email to support@spartanathletique.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • We will accommodate cancellations if the order has not been processed or dispatched.
     

  • If an item is out of stock after ordering, we will notify you and refund for the unavailable item(s).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase:

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
     

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and proof of purchase.
     

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method. For cash-on-delivery purchases returned via courier, refunds will be issued as store credit.
     

  • Certain items, including those reported with factory defects or malfunctions, are subject to thorough assessment and verification by our team to determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Spartan Athletique is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, or interruption of services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

  • ​We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use products.

SEVERABILITY

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
